In 2020 , AMAD launched the first mobile application in YEMEN that allows patients from inside and outside Yemen to solve patient problems, beginning with online appointment-booking to open online appointment times and book instantly online, patients can make informed choices with verified reviews, and stay on top of important checkups with tailored reminders.

By launching this system and service, AMAD succeeded in attracting potential and popular physicians as well as expanded its customer data base with the biggest market share in Yemen.
